Aussie hospitals are overwhelmed, especially in rural NSW were it can take 333 days to get a life-saving operation and that is after a 3 month wait to see a specialist to operate on you.
Currently up the Mid North Coast having a delayed long weekend. BBQ with some family & friends. Doing my best to raise awareness of the Greens policies. One thing I did discover is that even the traditional Labor voters are not happy.

My youngest is currently travelling in NZ (Aotearoa) and tbh the messages he sends to our family WhatsApp chat do little to alleviate my parental anxiety 😦. So much so that I didn’t even bother to correct “duck” tape to duct tape 😬😂
I agree with this sentiment. Maybe it could be moved to The Netherlands, at least it would be convenient to The Hague.

Climate protest in Dam Square today. We hung around and listened to some speakers then went to the local markets. On our way back we encountered the protesters marching. They were peaceful and strangely the police here seemed less inclined to arrest and beat them 🤷♀️ #ClimateActionNow
Hola from España. Week 5 of our holiday and it’s nice to get some time to relax. It’s been fun and exhausting. Have been to Amsterdam, Lisbon, Porto (then river cruise), Madrid, Barcelona and am currently in Dénia catching up with friends. Perfectly timed to come down with a cold 🙄.
