My current flow-with-the-go setup for latte I’m focusing on gear where I can feel the love and care for craft radiating from every material, design decision, and engineering choice
Downstairs neighbor said they could hear the vibrations from the espresso machine, so I moved the table over the garage instead, put down a layer of vibration isolating sorbothane, then a layer of food-grade silicon, then bar mats. I’m eager to see how much it helps. Anyone else try to solve this?
