Today marks the anniversary of the signing of Medicare and Medicaid into law—landmark programs that have expanded health care access. Yet, Republicans are trying to strip these programs from Americans. I’m recommitting myself to the fight to protect the people that rely on this lifesaving care.🏥

Heartbroken by the loss of three courageous American service members in Jordan. I am keeping their families and loved ones in my thoughts during this difficult time. Together, we honor their service, sacrifice, and memory.

Trump’s election claims last night were self-serving, dangerous, and put our democracy at risk. And the ‘SAVE’ Act won’t protect our elections—it’s a voter suppression bill that creates more barriers to the ballot box.

Today, I remember my dear friend and colleague, Congressman John Lewis, and recommit to getting into “good trouble” in defense of our democracy. Thank you, John. We will carry your legacy forward.

Todd Blanche’s terrible leadership of Trump’s corrupt DOJ, has already put Americans at risk. He’s only loyal to Trump’s agenda - not the rule of law. The Senate must reject his confirmation.

Acting CFPB Director Vought doesn’t know what the Office of Minority and Women Inclusion (OMWI) is— how embarrassing. Every community deserves a seat at the table. The CFPB is required to have an OMWI, and I’m not letting this administration neglect people who need equitable policies.
