Last week in Naperville, I joined a vigil to honor those who have lost their lives due to ICE's abuses of power. No federal agency is above the law. Congress must rein in ICE and demand transparency and accountability for those killed by the Trump Administration's mass deportation operations.

Over 1,100 employees from leading AI companies—among them top staff—signed a letter asking the U.S. government to develop ways to “deliberately pace" AI advancement so safety measures can catch up. When business leaders get together and ask to be regulated, Congress should pay attention. 🧵
