The 22nd Amendment to the Constitution states: “No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice…” We all know Trump was elected in 2016. So if Trump was also elected in 2020, then it was not constitutional for him to be elected in 2024.

Trump cannot unilaterally authorize the sale of F-35s to Turkey because he signed the law prohibiting it. That prohibition was enacted in 2019 to protect U.S. national security interests — and those interests haven't changed.

Q: Are you gonna sell F-35s to Turkey, and what about the legal restrictions? TRUMP: Why wouldn't we do that? Turkey in many ways has been much more loyal than other countries than we think would be loyal. It's certainly something we'd consider.
