The Trump administration is ending a program that helps retired Americans afford life-saving prescription drugs. I’m demanding that the administration reverse its decision to end the Medicare Part D Premium Stabilization Demonstration and support efforts that lower prescription drug costs.

The expansion of Easterseal’s NH Military & Veterans Campus with today’s Phase 2 groundbreaking will help deliver veterans the support, care, and services they deserve. I was honored to join the ceremony and speak with the servicemembers and veterans there.

Congress must close every loophole allowing unaccredited claim sharks to rip off veterans and profit from their VA disability claims. I lead bipartisan legislation to do this and I will continue fighting to get it done. Veterans deserve justice. www.military.com/lawsuit-agai...

The story of my constituent Baby Brent developing NEC multiple times in the NICU is a heartbreaking reminder of what is at stake when research is limited and questionable practices go uninvestigated. I’m introducing this bill because families deserve transparency and the ability to seek justice.

The Weymouth family are my constituents and after hearing Brent’s story of developing NEC multiple times in the NICU, I crafted and introduced legislation so that we can ensure every parent has complete & honest information about the products being fed to their child. It’s called Baby Brent’s Bill.

61 years ago today Medicare and Medicaid were created, expanding access to health care for millions of Americans. In the past two years, Republicans made devastating cuts to Medicaid, ripping coverage away from kids, families, seniors and created a health care crisis nationwide. (1/2)

The Investing in State Energy Act will speed up the delivery of cost-saving weatherization funding to help bring down energy costs and save families and states money. I’ll keep fighting to deliver federal dollars back to Granite Staters to meet their needs and lower their energy bills.

Energy prices are way too high right now, and Granite Staters are feeling the pinch. I’m working hard to find every way we can put money back in people’s pockets. That’s why today I introduced the Investing in State Energy Act.

Investing in substance use treatment and prevention works. That’s why I introduced a bill to ensure these programs can reach everyone who needs it. I’ll always fight to deliver the resources we need to save lives and help our communities stop this crisis.

INTRODUCED: The Turn the Tide ActThe Turn the Tide Act would:
Increase State Opioid Response (SOR) treatment grant funding to $5.5 billion per year over the next five years.

Expand the Recovery Housing Program and support for patients in recovery.

Establish a new grant program modeled off of the successful Manchester Adverse Childhood Experiences Response Team program to assist children who have been exposed to trauma, often as a result of substance use disorders among family members or friends.

Expand insurance coverage of Naloxone.

President Trump’s tariffs are a tax on the American people and now he wants you to pay even more. Due to this administration’s harmful policies, Granite Staters are paying more for everyday items and our tourism industry and small businesses are feeling the pain as well. apnews.com/article/trum...

Toxic fume events are a serious problem on commercial airplanes that has persisted for years. We’re calling on the FAA to take immediate steps to address this for the health and safety of passengers and crew members, and we will continue fighting to get this done.

Toxic fume events on commercial planes are becoming more common, exposing passengers, flight attendants, and pilots to fuel and engine exhaust, posing serious health risks. @frost.house.gov, @repchrispappas.bsky.social. @apfaunity.bsky.social and I are urging the FAA to adopt new safety standards.

These service members are heroes. I join Granite Staters in honoring their service and sacrifice, and my thoughts are with their families. I continue to call for an end to this war and for President Trump to explain how he plans to keep our military safe and protect our national security.
