The Supreme Court has restored access to the abortion pill mifepristone through telehealth, mail and pharmacies

As Chair of the @cbc.house.gov , I spoke out against the Supreme Court weakening a key Voting Rights Act provision. This threatens Black and brown voters nationwide. Congress must pass the John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act, our democracy depends on it.

I’m beyond grateful that no innocent lives were lost in tonight’s horrific shooting at the WHCD. Already, the American people are demanding to know how this despicable act of violence could have occurred given the immense security concerns. They deserve immediate answers.
