RIBS. I applied rub, wrapped them in foil, and let them cook in the oven for 6ish hours at 190°F. Then I let them rest for a bit, basted with BBQ sauce, and finished them on the BBQ. I also had a few beers in the pool. I am now fat, dumb, and happy.
