The police violence in the Brussels pride is a big shame! It shows how we are not safe, until everyone (including people if Palestine) are safe!

Everyone on the left spectrum should read this brilliant text. "This hypocrisy—where the Iranian state denounces imperialism while exploiting and repressing its own people—is too often mirrored by segments of the Western left..."

On the streets in #Istanbul, cars and motorcycles have priority over pedestrians 😁 Seriously! People are shocked when I stop and let them pass, while drivers get angry and start honking 😂

I want to write about Peyman, even though he probably won't read it. We decided to have a party for Yalda night. He found the saloon, he bought the speaker, he prepared the saloon, he cooked delicious food and he danced with us. If there is a God, I'm thankful to it for him. ❤️

Yesterday we were hanging out in some friends' home, but I wanted to be home home and play with my Setar. This morning, I'm thinking about my Setar and I wish I was homt and could play with it. It's my favorite toy atm. I really want it 😭

Today is a beautiful day. I wrote something and shared with two good friends. One in Berlin, one in Tehran; two cities I like in different ways. So far, Berlin is the most similar city to Tehran that I have visited in Europe.

When I was a child, and I was sad, they would make me believe that I'd done something wrong to cause this sadness. And happiness, of course, was a reward for some achievement. It took around 30 years to learn that many random factors are causing happiness and sorrow that are out of my hands.

I am trying to accept that sadness is a normal state of life, and as a human, I am capable of living both sad and healthy. It's not easy, though. The first step for me is to acknowledge that my body may release stress hormones when experiencing sadness and find ways to cope with it.

Hello world, hello bluesky. I have stopped using Twitter for a long time and today a colleague of mine gave me an invitation code to join here. Let's hope for good reading and writing here. :)
