Back in February, I asked a Trump nominee about this EXACT possibility & he dodged my questions. Just as I said back then, this whole process is corrupt to its core. Trump's admin is effectively trying to boost his own family's tainted crypto company. Unprecedented corruption.

A company owned by the President's family, is seeking approvals from a federal agency over which the President has total control — including to hire & fire the people granting approvals. The company, the deal, the entire process is corrupt to the core.
He has no evidence of fraud. He never has. Over 60 court cases lost. Giuliani disbarred. He’s pathetic.

on this day 105 years ago in 1921 the Tulsa Race Massacre began when white supremacists destroyed Tulsa's Greenwood district. This group of citizens destroyed 35 blocks of "Black Wall Street", killed 300, and left 10,000 Black citizens homeless.

The Purcell principle says courts shouldn't permit chaos too close to an election—it's now an open question whether there will even be a primary on schedule.
