a solid productive day of transferring all my ps2 memory card data to virtual memory cards making my modded ps2 a totally self contained unit, and setting up xiv on my switch to hopefully learn how to play on controller or at least learn that i need to invest in a portable keyboard and mouse
getting my switch 2 xiv set up, transferred my config, trying and failing to get used to controller, and realizing... gear sets are local and NOT part of the transferable config data for some strange reason? why can't i set serverside gear sets so as i update them i don't have to remake them?
seeing a lot of headlines really confusingly written today so i'm just gonna help yall journo folks out: "ea games somehow now worth even less of your time and money", it's honestly just an easier way to say all that
i don't get what the frame holdup is at this point, they have the inventory, they have all the legal go-aheads, they have the websites and the queue and the software and even if the software isn't 100%, by the time headsets ACTUALLY go out they'll have things sorted, like what's going on?
