Managed a 7 km run yesterday. The furthest I have run since Christmas 1999 when I was struck down with a mystery illness that took more than 20 years to be diagnosed. All kinds of strange symptoms including tendonitis and joint pain. Turned out to be coeliac disease. Taken several years to recover.

Stopped for a snack on the way back from a quick camping trip. Primus Express Spider stove with home made windshield. Excellent stove - fine simmer control, can invert the canister to run on liquified gas in the cold, and very low carbon monoxide emissions.
