It fascinates me that giving to charities is considered noble and praiseworthy, but creating a society that doesn’t require charity is considered socialist and bad!

Remembering the shear horror and disbelief 25 years ago as I watched, initially on a computer monitor at work, planes crashing into the twin towers of the World Trade Centre in New York and the subsequent horror of people jumping from the buildings and the buildings then collapsing.

Reform U.K. people need to think a lot more before trying to smear their opponents. Braverman in particular has a poor record.
The European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) doesn’t give you human rights! You already have them! The ECHR tells the government they can’t take those rights away. This is why Reform UK and the Conservative Party want to withdraw from the ECHR, using ‘the boats’ as an excuse.
Each and every one of us can help make a positive difference in our societies and in our world. Many snowflakes make a storm.
It’s so maddening to think that, with modern technology, we could have built a world where we work a little, play a lot and actually enjoy our lives. Instead, our world has embraced rampant capitalism and billionaires……..
