A record number of Kyiv residents - 56,000 - sought shelter in the Ukrainian capital's metro stations during fascist Russia's latest Blitz air raid on Ukraine. The demand was actually greater, with some stations not admitting people due to overcrowding.
A Russian missile struck an apartment building in Lviv. Rescue and search operations are currently underway, with residents helping to clear the rubble. An elderly woman has been pulled from the debris, two people are reported missing, and more than 30 people have been injured.
