After 40 years with AC Transit, we celebrated Operator Ronnie as he completed his final route. He has been an exemplary operator with 30 years of safe driving. We are grateful for his dedication and years of service. Congratulations, Ronnie, on your retirement!

Our GM & CEO Sal Llamas and City of Alameda Mayor Marilyn Ezzy Ashcraft rode together on Line 51A. She shared how she became an avid transit rider. Along the way, they talked about the value of public transit and its role in connecting people to their community.

It was great to host legislative staff at our Emeryville operations facility this week, including teams for U.S. Senator Schiff, Congressmembers Garamendi and Simon, and State Senators Arreguín, Grayson, and Wahab, plus Assemblymembers Bonta, Bauer-Kahan, Ortega, Lee, and Wicks!

The results of our first scientific rider satisfaction survey are in and you gave us glowing reviews! 75% of respondents gave AC Transit an overall satisfaction rating, well above the national average of 56%. We also scored a 79% rating for Operator Professionalism. 1/3

GM & CEO Sal Llamas and Alameda County Supervisor Elisa Márquez rode together to discuss AC Transit's customer feedback loop and our partnership with Chabot to establish the Zero Emission Bus University, helping prepare the next generation of transit professionals.

On Tuesday, July 21, the AC Transit Customer Service Center will be open from 8 am to 1 pm and will temporarily close from 1 pm to 3 pm. Regular service will resume at 3 pm.
