Haven’t been to the Sci-Fi Diner in maybe 20+ years. Food not bad (onion rings were really good!), but the vibe is still really great. Just wish the loop were longer (it’s maybe about 30 min)

We are trying the new Wailulu Bar & Grill at the Grand Polynesian. I’m calling it the Disney White Lotus 😄 We didn’t have a reservation, but we had a seat in less than 5 minutes for lunch. Look at the views of the lagoon, MK, and Contemporary!

Yes, Tron is on the short side. But we liked it, especially in the back Is it a Top 10 ride? No. But is it still enjoyable and fun? Absolutely!

Got to do the updated Big Thunder at WDW. While appreciate the audio and refresh (especially in the queue), the ride itself is really slow and lumbering compared to Disneyland’s. Overall, I think ours is better

Red Velez cake from Cake Baby… and matching plushie! While appearance and customer service was great, honestly, I thought the cake itself was very mid. Not bad, but I’ve had better. While I’d visit the store again and get something else, this did not do it for me.

From Busch Gardens Tampa to Swan & Dolphin to Summer House… where, on the recommendation of @jakefozio.dissky.com, I got the make your own Shirley Temple! Also got potato salad deviled eggs and wagyu steak tacos

(Note: this was from last night, forgot to post, lol) Lovely view as we left tonight. Great time at Epic! Since we saw the Celestrial Goodnight one day one, we headed out as it played tonight… only to notice ALL the buildings in Celestial Park light up for the show!

Short detour to Mortem Manor in Old Town Kissimmee, a year round haunt. Not bad, and a few cool scenes! Two very hard working scareactors. For pro haunt fans, I’d say a respectable 7/10. Better than you may expect, but honestly not a top tier either. Still, nice to support independent haunts!

Got to do the Coaster Insider tour! Included backstage and maintenance shed for Cheetah Chase (which was unfortunately down), Montu (which also had us go up on the mid course brake platform stairs!), and Cobra’s Curse (which also included a look inside the ride op booth). Very fun!

Of course Falcon’s Fury was down. But we did like these models inside Coaster’s Coffee near the front of the park

Even though we rode it early in the day, there was already a lot of energy at Kumba… as well as a lot of coaster shirts from all over the world

I love that Busch Gardens still has a ton of these machines still around 😄

Thanks to a very kind team member, we were able to ride Monsters Unchained 3 times in a row without getting off the ride! My husband thinks we rode it about 15 times total over two days. 😁💀🦇
