Went to an Agnostic Front gig + random german band today in Freiburg am Breisgau (Café Atlantic). Place was like a (bad) Sauna about 50 degrees or so, had to drink a lot of Radler.

Working on a piece for @camembert-elec.bsky.social compilation "They Came for the Whales." It is called - "She, a Cathe-Whale" and is inspired by two Swedish museum pieces, "She a Cathedral" (fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hon/Elle) by Niki de Saint Phalle, and "Malmska valen" (1)
Spanien & Frankreich: Waldbrände außer Kontrolle, nationale Notstände, Zigtausende müssen evakuiert werden, die Einsatzkräfte am Ende ihrer Möglichkeiten - Ja, Waldbrände gab es schon immer, aber nein, normal ist das alles nicht mehr. Das sage nicht ich, das sagen die Behörden vor Ort.
Bought this ZOOM H2 ~2006, so it is about 20 years old. Still in use for most of my studio recordnings. I got a H1n and a H5 too, but use them mostly when I record sounds outside or with the hydrophone.
