everyone is talking about the proper Seteth reveal but nobody has mentioned that this mealtime clip was not, in fact, recycled from the last trailer. they took his fish away and gave him a pile of soggy beans and he's sad now.

Speculative designs for a Shadows variant of Roy based on a red panda. Chibi style, very unserious; lineart and colors are digital and flat, but the pencil sketch remains underneath, marginalia included.

Left: Neutral form; has panda ears, tail, and red stripes running up his cheeks toward his eyes. Tufts of white fur strike out from under his ears. His eyebrows are slightly bushier and white on the outer ends. He looks ahead with tense determination, trying in vain to offset his cuddly appearance.

Full-body art for my Winter!Seteth alt design. He's wearing a surcoat similar to his usual outfit, but in a lighter blue with a silvery fur trim. This matches the material of his cape, which is a rich wine-red on the inside; the fur trim burgeons into a full ruff around the hood. The cape is fastened with silver brooches with the same design as Flayn's hair pins, a pair of tassels hanging on either side. Instead of more tassels, his side-belt now holds a couple of small pouches; his boots and pants are also a bit more rustic-looking, and he's got black leather gloves on. He wears a gold crown, each prong alight with a candle flame. His weapon appears to still be the Spear of Assal, but it's wrapped in red ribbon and evergreen garlands, the former ending in a single jingle bell and the latter fastening pinecones and cinnamon sticks to the dual blades of the spear. A small red bow is tied around the pommel, and a sprig of holly around the base of the spearhead. The tip of the spear is embedded in a fresh red apple, and a glittering gold-brown aura around the weapon indicates an enticing apple-cider smell. If this all seems like a non-sequitur, it might help to know we're calling it the Spear of Wassail.

HI I'm alive!! I know I've been inactive lately, but in my defense: PUPPY. His name is Banjo. I adopted him in August and he's fantastic. Some fun facts about him: he can pretty much fly and he loves to snuggle all the way under the covers.

Meet Banjo! He's (probably) a Jack Russell/rat terrier mix, white with black cow spots on his body and black with a white muzzle and forehead stripe on his face. Here he's sitting on a fluffy gray dog bed, looking attentive, ears perked open.

Pasha, but he's a Light Fury from How to Train Your Dragon (and he's named Pashnip in this AU... because whimsy). Post-skip Claude rides in the saddle, pointing ahead with a confident grin. A while back I started doing a series of #FireEmblem wyvern riders but with #HTTYD dragons as their mounts. Never finished it, and I think a lot of that energy just got rerouted to #PashaSaga, but I may yet return. Here's Minerva with her Zippleback, Cloak and Dagger, formerly shared with Michalis.

Minerva (based on her Shadow Dragon/Warriors design) rides atop a Hideous Zippleback, Hauteclere in hand and a fortress behind her. The Zippleback is moss-green with maroon spines and spots down its back. One head (Cloak) is upright and bold-looking; the other (Dagger) stays low to the ground and gazing to the side, seemingly troubled. Its horn is broken.

Lilina and Roy (married and in their mid-20s) sit at a conference table, implicitly among delegates from throughout Elibe. Lilina's hair is braided and falls to one side, her trademark red hairpiece replaced with a simple gold tiara. She's wearing black armor and a red cape over one shoulder, reminiscent of Hector's outfit in FE7. Roy wears a forest-green cloak, a teal shirt with the sleeves cuffed at the middle of his forearms, and a brown doublet. He's attempted to slick back his hair, but it's refusing to cooperate, springing back to a style we're more familiar with.

At this moment, we're witnessing the aftermath of Lilina whispering a joke to her husband as he was taking a sip of his tea. Roy is doubled over with laughter, sputtering into one hand, tears in his eyes, tea dripping down his fingers and spilled all over the front of his doublet and the notes spread before him on the table. Just an absolute mess. Lilina, meanwhile, is keeping it together, her lips pressed in such a way that indicates she's literally biting her tongue. She looks away from Roy, avoiding eye contact, but appears to be patting him on the back to help evacuate whatever tea has entered his lungs. Her notes, mercifully dry, are full of doodles and marginalia; Roy's are mostly ruined now but we can see an ill-fated spreadsheet among them.
