Layers of Becoming: Held and Released 18x24 acrylic on canvas This painting grew out of the tension between what I’ve carried and what I’ve finally allowed to move. I found a release, a loosening, a way for something long‑held to become something new.

Abstract painting with energetic splatters of yellow, blue, teal, orange, red, and white on a beige‑gray background. Most color is concentrated near the center, with drips and dots radiating outward to create a lively, layered effect.

Late stage capitalism A horizontal 18" x 24" abstract work divided into a weighted 2:1 ratio. The upper "sky" portion feels dense and oppressive, while the lower "ground" portion appears as a fluid, cooler foundation.

An abstract multi-layered painting titled "Late Stage Capitalism." The top two-thirds of the canvas are dominated by a heavy, atmospheric canopy of fiery oranges, deep reds, and ochre with soft, spectral glazes in the upper left. A prominent horizontal "vein" of thick, high-relief golden impasto cuts across the center, creating a jagged, scarred texture. The bottom third features horizontal strokes of teal and emerald
green, with dark shadows and red tones bleeding down from the upper section into the cooler colors.
