Turkey ramen??? Roady's Ramen had no idea how this was going to go down. But the Turkey Paitan Miso turned out INCREDIBLY well! SURPRISINGLY WELL! All cooked in a way typical of Sapporo-style miso ramen.

Alright ya'll here it is, the Turkey Paitan Miso Ramen AKA Thanksgiving Ramen. Stock made from my smoked turkey, miso tare, white and dark smoked turkey meat, white onion, turkey dripping shallot aromatic oil, crispy shallots, blistered green beans, cranberries and a pat of butter. INCREDIBLE 😍🤤🤩
