Labour migration is not a risk to manage – it is an opportunity to seize. At #UNRBHR2026, IOM, the World Employment Confederation and partners explored how well-managed labour mobility systems can deliver positive outcomes for workers, employers and communities alike.
Climate mobility is about people, choices & resilience. With the support of the European Union, IOM is implementing a regional initiative in Southeast Asia to build communities' resilience to climate hazards and strengthen their capacity to adapt.
