I've been eating sliced-peeled green apples at bedtime with my own cinnamon sugar mix. I just discovered it's so good because I was using raw sugar. I tried cane surgar and it's no good so I remixed some and it's great again. I think 3 parts sugar 1 part cinnamon roughly.
