Gee I sure do wonder what rob’s favorite mineral is… hehehe. But his is my rhodochrosite collection so far! It super quickly became my favorite because of its rarest and most beautiful type I dream of owning: the scalenohedral or “dogstooth” version, which is deep red with the most gorgeous shape!

Going to see an orthopedic doctor today for ongoing issues with my nails and joints, I hope they don’t go “what the heck is going on in there” like the last doc who looked lmfao. Idk what’s up with my body but standing hurts! Also apparently burning aching feet when under blankets isn’t normal….

Fun story and potential tip for artists: find a load boarding follower or two. When my account was brand new and less than 10 people knew I existed I had one follower who would like almost every piece I made. I appreciated his support so much that my partner knew his screenname- 🧵
