It was an honour to join Branch 322 Ajax in celebrating the 100th Anniversary of The Royal Canadian Legion. No matter what Legion you are at, they provide community and support for all. Together, we reflected on a century of service, sacrifice, and dedication by Canada’s Veterans and peacekeepers.

I am honoured to have joined the Ajax Legion for a Remembrance Service recognizing the bravery and sacrifice of Korean War veterans. Today we remember the more than 26,000 Canadians who served, and the 516 who gave their lives in the name of freedom.

Last night I had the honour of attending the Filipino-Canadian Community Townhall. Like so many across our province, I heard stories of people struggling to get ahead in Doug Ford’s Ontario. That’s why we need to keep growing this movement: to build a more affordable Ontario, together.
