Last week the weirdest thing happened. This is not typically something I'd do, but I was driving back from the gym and saw a guy who'd broken down in the middle of the road. I saw him exit his car in the street and just start walking. He was a total stranger but I offered him a ride & he accepted!

This week I learned home insurance doesn't cover if a pipe leaks & needs to be fixed. Rather, it covers *damages* that happen if the pipe leaks. An amazing writing day today. Had to skip walking and gym today but was divinely inspired. Wrote for something like five hours straight, at least, after work. Maybe more. Had two mugs of coffee. I have finished the novel's outline. Have never gotten this far before.

My gym routine is three days a week, 45min sessions each time lifting, not including stretching (~10min). On days I don't lift, I do 40 pull-ups at home (I have a portable pull-up bar I put in the closet). Today I did 40 chin-ups instead though and liked it! Moving forward, I'm going to do both! 💪🏋️‍♂️
