We had some fantastic speakers at our annual Mental Health Research Group student conference. Very diverse range of topics covered, from burnout in mental health staff to approaches to deescalation in acute inpatient settings.

Well done, Rob & team! A well-written and interesting read. I'm curious about possible solutions which allow care coordinators more time for supervision. Maybe if the long term efficiency of the MOL approach becomes evident to the administrators, it gains priority?
