Sorry. I did not think this book was very good. It's organized globally and chronologically but ends up all over the place, more or less a collection of facts. (Although the mythbusting on Rev. France's system was interesting.) Not entirely sure I learned much more betond "Logistics are important."
Also, FYI, I tried all the jarred NM chile in ABQ and this is the best one.
