Many are feeling grief, fear, worry, anger right now and well-meaning folks may say not to worry, everything will be okay. I know this comes from a place of love and concern but try to give them space to feel their feelings instead of negating or invalidating them. Let them process their feelings.

23andMe is really going for "set the sleaze factor to 10"... after recent hacks on customer data they're rewriting their arbitration policy in very anti-customer way. I encourage customers to both opt out and let customer service know how terrible the new policy is. arstechnica.com/tech-policy/...

Raspberry Pi 5 looks very nice. If you're getting one, get the official power adapter. It uses a non-standard USB C power mode, 5V@5A; most power adapters won't work with it. Wish they'd used a simple barrel jack connector rather than a proprietary USB C mode that will lead to a lot of confusion.
