I've lost 29 pounds this year ya'll! It seemed impossible for me for years on my own. I consulted with my doctor with going on a low dose of Wegovy (pills, i hate shots). It helped inflammation and appetite. Also, I began regularly work out, cut down alcohol, and added more fiber. More work to do!
