I’ve been having these really bad anxiety attacks lately and they feel like they’ve been getting worse as time goes on, I don’t know what to do anymore my mind won’t stop racing and my chest hurts so much, I just want it to stop why won’t it stop? What did I do to deserve this?

Just watched sheep detectives for the first time and it was such a delightful watch I haven’t been to the movies in so long so it was really nice to finally go out to watch a movie, would love to do it again sometime soon :D

I’m in the middle of redesigning my sona as this was an idea I had for a while, and as I got to the coloring stage I somehow unintentionally gave her the shadow the hedgehog color palette (It also doesn’t help that her new outfit makes her look like a punk rock biker in a way)
