Went to get a haircut for the first time in the UK. When the barber was finished I asked him to take some more off and he said if he did he’d have to charge me for a 2nd haircut. What kind of a scam are y’all running over here?
Another disappointing 4-3. Got punished for a judgment call in the mirror in my first loss. Second loss was a mull to 5 G3 which when combined with the tech and lag issues I was dealing with, led to me tilting off for the last round. Fleshraker continued to put in good work.

Crunched some numbers and came up with 4 Lab/6 Imprints as the best split so I'm trying that out with more Talismans to compensate for the loss of green sources. Live in 5 at twitch.tv/ross_merriam
8-2 on the day, losing 2 trophy matches. Fleshraker was impressive across several matchups, but still a liability against Prowess and not particularly important in the mirror.

4-3 into 33rd, unlucky with distribution of game losses and tiebreakers. TKS was ok, but probably worse than 3rd Devourer. Trophied the side-league w/Elves. SB was utterly useless but maybe that was just my matchups. Beat Jeskai Ephem, Bogles, Izzet Terror, and 2 mirrors.

5-2, 16th. Lost one match to more internet issues but I think I got those fixed. Biggest thing I've learned is that the Lab builds are just much better in to Prowess and flipping that matchup is huge.

More consistency issues today with lots of non-functional draws, mostly due to lack of green mana. Then the Lab draws compound the mulligans. Not sure how so many players get away without at least playing a Talisman, which continues to be good for me.

Easy 5-0, beating Living End, 2x Prowess, Amulet, and Hollow One. Happier w/ my sideboard and mulligan plans, which are different than non-Lab lists. Devourer impressed because the card selection mitigates Lab's inconsistency. Changing the Emmy split for tomorrow's challenge.
