Everybody 1-2 Switch is like, unironically a good party game. Like don't get me wrong, it is worse Jackbox, but it's fun to get up and engage with your surroundings sometimes. Plus you get a bingo simulator and diet Kahoot for free

Not to sound like a broken record but 3D Mario did get a big release within the last year, it's called Super Mario Galaxy + Super Mario Galaxy 2 and it showcased that Nintendo is still interested in telling engaging, emotional stories within the mainline canon
