I can't find it due to search engines no longer working, but there's an old tumblr screenshot about ADHD evaluations where a person is asked whether they tend to lose socks. And they go "Ah, no, I used to lose my socks all the time but I have Devised a System, allow me to explain it"

This is a bizarre policy and a direct result of the oversimplification of "biological" sex - which once again disproportionately affects trans women. I have it on good authority that trans men can and do regularly donate blood which isn't treated any differently to cis men.
