I know some of you are frustrated that I’ve been posting about Dr. Anthony Fauci. I understand why. The pandemic was painful, and people have strong feelings about the decisions that were made. Reasonable people can disagree about many of those decisions.

I have a big announcement to make in TWO days!!! I am so excited!!
This may be a hot take, but I’ve never been a fan of fireworks. I’ll take a great barbecue and good company over fireworks any day.
I am glad no secondary hantavirus cases occurred, but let’s keep perspective: this was a limited exposure event involving a relatively small number of people under close monitoring.
The Kindle version of my book, “All About Allergies,” is available for $1.99. Today only! a.co/d/01QbHQSA

If this were a patient, I’d be concerned about the shift in thinking. This is not about diagnosing or speculating. Just recognizing a pattern of extreme language, certainty without specifics and apocalyptic framing.
The issue isn’t with spirulina, it’s that the FDA’s job is to regulate safety, not promote “better” ingredients. When regulators start sounding like influencers, it blurs the line between science, policy, and marketing.
