I'm slamming this diet so hard, taking "everything in moderation" to a position that is definitely not moderate. I'm loading up on the good shit and cutting way back (but not cutting out) the bad. Basically increased veggies and beans by 400% and reduced frozen junk food down to a single serving.

Uhhh I walked up to a cutscene where Taygedo was waiting along with some other characters and when the cutscene started he vanished. Did they... did they remove him from the game? I've only seen him doing stuff around the shop now. Oh never mind there he is. I got my hopes up. :/

I don't think the story in this game is bad (except for the abysmal dogshit that is Chapter 2), it's episodic monster-of-the-week storytelling which I think works well for a supernatural thriller. Not much character development between episodes, because it doesn't need it.

I redownloaded NTE, it looks like they've removed the AI slop so I've been getting back into it. Shame none of the characters are 100% my type, I'll just have to keep waiting I gu- *gets to the puppet quest* OH NOOOOOOOOOOO

I ate my chinese food and found a fluffier ear and tail set for Maomao (and swapped her back to Viera because the miqo version of her sculpt kinda sucks) and now my mood is back to 100%

My sneakers were falling apart so I busted out my old work shoes for a 15 minute walk The soles came off. So now I have to go back to my cheap sneakers. One of those days where I want to drown my troubles in $30 worth of food to make myself feel better.

I think I'm going to go a bit aggressive on the diet this time. The thing that burns me out of dieting is counting and having to buy shit, so intermittent fasting should help me hit calorie deficits and require less shopping trips. Also I've started walking again.

Finally decorating with plushies and figures, starting with my favorite cow. She's just sitting there all by herself because the other stuff I ordered isn't here yet. It won't be so lonely up there for long.

I love Ruby so much. Sure her tits are huge and her ass is fat but also her smile is radiant and her eyes sparkling and so sweet and kind. She's a shining light in my life. Probably why Shining Light Academy ended up being a name that stuck. I'm eternally grateful for this game.
