Too often, homeless New Yorkers cycle from our hospitals to our streets — making it harder to continue treatment and find long-term stability.

The City's Bridge to Home program in Manhattan ends the cycle by providing a safe place for New Yorkers to live while they receive medical care, apply to jobs, and find an apartment. The program has been a massive success.

Today, we’re expanding Bridge to Home to Brooklyn and Queens, so more New Yorkers get the help they need.
