Need opinions. I was fired from my job for mental health. Told “if you can’t work the day, we have to let you go.” after I spoke to HR about ending it. I begged to work the day, they fired me anyway. Do I take this to court? I have absolutely no funds to fight but… This can’t be legal, yeah?
