Ranking exercise parameters for Achilles Tedninopathy (AT) 🥇🥈🥉 For rehab of mid-portion AT contraction intensity appears to be key. With insertional AT dorsiflexion range may play a more prominent role. We still want to load progressively but we often start out of painful, dorsiflexed positions.

Progressing rehab can be challenging if symptoms remain irritable. Here's an approach that's often effective and builds from what's manageable towards individual goals.
The Endurance Performance Pyramid. Start with a strong base of consistently, recovery and fuelling and then progress up the pyramid by building volume then adding intensity and S&C. Consult a Running Coach for a plan to achieve your goals 🥇
