Had a lovely 36 mile run through Joshua Tree National Park and found out that you have to give this little guy a lot of room. The spines go in easier than they come out but oddly didn't hurt too bad.

A couple of bigger outings fell through last year and with most of my time spent coaching my longest run last year was only 13 miles. Went out for 14 this morning in the rain.

@intervals.icu curious does intervals have a view where I could all members on my team's weekly mileage over say a 4 month period as a graph? Strava clubs just doesn't work for this and I stumbled on intervals.icu when looking for a Strava API that would let me pull this and build myself

@aspire.dev with Aspire 13 can we finally debug into docker containers in dotnet or do those types of projects still have to be run outside of aspire? Just planning my 2026 and wanting to move more projects to Aspire but some only run in docker

I'm playing with #dotnet 10 and their file based apps so "dotnet run app.cs" and need debugging. I'm surprised it doesn't just work in VS 2026. What do you need to do to debug into a c# single file app either in #vscode or the real deal #vs2026 ?
