Went for a 15 mile run before work today, it's been a bit since I've not been coaching and got some vert in mid week. #trailrunning

Anyone have a good documentary suggestion? Needing something that would be good to debate
We need to see this in the US, they are too addictive for us and should be kept form all kids, not just kids under 13. 16 or 18 should be norm
The ban would apply to a range of social media platforms including Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and X.
What's crazy to me is that I basically bought this exact same machine last year for $1800. AI Max chip, 128GB of memory. Now it's double the price #inflation #trumpflation #ai #aihype www.tomshardware.com/desktops/min...

Strava seems to get a little worse every year. I had tried to create an App that used the Strava API at one point so I could track the progress of the team I coach but found the API too locked down. Now with the API fully removed I feel like the community deserves better #strava #stravasucks
Strava blames zero-code AI apps and scrapers as it tightens API access
That moment when you're just 11 minutes from finishing a book and thinking about buying the next one in the series...ugh #booksky
I've been using GitHub Copilot for months now and the cost is going to go up 4x starting on Monday. At the same time I've seen some of the open source costs get cut by 50%. The associated costs seem to vary wildly
I expect tech companies to be hit by a triple whammy in the coming months 1. Rising AI token costs. 2. The realization churning out more code doesn’t necessarily translate to business or customer value and is in fact worse in some cases. 3. Fewer employees to clean up the mess post-layoffs.
Views from my morning run. Got a good 3k of vert in and can feel it in the legs. #utah #trailrunning #running
I've always found Crazy Horse to be pretty inspiring. To work your entire life on a project knowing you will not be the one who finishes it but to start anyway
When telling my dog to get into the tub to take a bath, he looks confused and doesn't understand. However when I tell him to get out as it's over his intelligence seems to soar and he quickly hops out...
Ain't nothing like going on a stroll through the desert #trailrunning
The mornings are still cool in the high mountain desert. You feel alive when out on the #trail and that first morning light hits you #trailrunning
Going to slowly drop some pics and videos from my #joshuatree #trailrunning trip from last weekend as it's been cold this week in #utah and I wish I was back there #running
Had a lovely 36 mile run through Joshua Tree National Park and found out that you have to give this little guy a lot of room. The spines go in easier than they come out but oddly didn't hurt too bad.
Would you rather have the best worst dog in the world or the worst best dog in the world
Sitting here looking at graham crackers realizing they have less sugar in them than many cereals people eat for breakfast.

The ads on Prime video are making me want to never watch a show on prime again
A couple of bigger outings fell through last year and with most of my time spent coaching my longest run last year was only 13 miles. Went out for 14 this morning in the rain.
This hits as I get older and all PRs are long ago memories yet I still just like to run and coach the next generation
@intervals.icu curious does intervals have a view where I could all members on my team's weekly mileage over say a 4 month period as a graph? Strava clubs just doesn't work for this and I stumbled on intervals.icu when looking for a Strava API that would let me pull this and build myself
@aspire.dev with Aspire 13 can we finally debug into docker containers in dotnet or do those types of projects still have to be run outside of aspire? Just planning my 2026 and wanting to move more projects to Aspire but some only run in docker
