This is spot on. To have a mainstream media means that there needs to be a universal truth we all use as a starting point and that doesn’t exist in our country anymore.

There are some good journalists and editors approaching total burnout, a large ring of freelancers trying to hang on, and a larger group who are either unemployed or now in other professions.

“Tires” has gotten better each season, going from a show that was funny but didn’t have much under the hood to a show that’s hilarious and has stories & characters you legitimately care about. It’s pretty impressive that they’ve been able to grow without losing some of the magic they started with.
Happy to bring my 70% into a thing logic to House of the Dragon and also to introduce the idea of Westeros Today, where pundits from across the realm discuss current events.

We need more good hang 20min comedies like ‘Tires,’ especially because you know, things are super heavy right now. The jump from S1 to S2 was great & I can’t wait for season 3.
