#largeformatfriday This is one of the first images I made on large format and I still really love it. Digital scan of the negative but this was also my first image I printed in the darkroom @ 16 x 20. 📸 Tachihara 4x5, Schneider Krueznach f5.6 135mm 🎞️ Fomapan 100

Hey so years ago I started a YT series with this name, it's worth a shot trying it out as a hashtag: #largeformatfriday ^-- Be sure to tag your large format work, and let's see what you've got!

A black and white silver gelatin print depicting a somber, foggy Winter's morning. There's a large tree stump overhanging the ledge of an Appalachian gorge guides the eye through a winding pine forest trail. A white haze from the morning sun illuminates the chilled landscape, not a single leaf or pine needle is moving. An 8x10 large format photograph by Mat Marrash, 2021.

It's been a lighter than usual #Noirvember for me, but happy to finally sit down and watch an Anthony Mann and John Alton team up, RAW DEAL (1948). I'm a huge fan of Mann's westerns but not as familiar with his work outside of the genre, so really looking forward to this. #physicalmedia ❤️

Nice to be over here from the other place. Hadn’t really been active there for a few years but hoping to change that here. Anyway! I’m Ryan and I’m a game developer, an artist for nearly 20 years. I’m into physical media, movies, and photography, so that’s mostly what I’ll be talking about.
