Blue Whale Mers like Taishiro (Fat Gum) are massive, not as big as actual Blue Whales but are larger than most Mers, Massive a Dolphin Mer looks a lot smaller by comparison.
Dolphin Mers like Toshinori (All Might) are known for being very heroic, but Dolphin Mers are also extremely horny and have multiple partners, usually other Mers and Humans, Enji (Endeavor) an Orca Mer is one of All Might's favorite Mer partners. Full version on patreon
Mers (mainly Mermen) enjoy working out and keeping themselves in shape, the weights they use are made of a material that will not rust underwater. Most mers like Natsuo, a Beluga mer, workout to attract mates (or keep them), while mers like Mirio, a Dolphin mer, do so for hero work.
I recently finished playing through tLoZ: Wind Waker, I did find it a bit weird that Ganondorf was watching Zelda/Tetra sleep in his bed for whatever reason, and it inspired me to draw this!
Mermen often compete against each other to see which one of them is bigger, Shinso, a Giant Moray Eel mer, and Ojiro, an Oarfish mer, have the biggest pecs among the mers in their area, and compete to see who has the biggest pecs.
Not all Mers are good, some like attacking humans and other mers, Goto (Muscular) a Tiger Shark mer, is known for attacking humans out in the ocean and intentionally sinking ships, Zen (All For One) a Blue-ringed Octopus Cecaelia, has taken the lives of many Hero mers and humans.
