A teaser of sketches I've made based on the scenes I've rewritten~ We're hitting proper 'What-If' territory as both a semi-serious rewrite and, for fun, we make Fox critically look at their lot in life and want a few changes~ ...such as being trans :3 #furryartwork

An early scene, when Fox finds the Staff~ --But more than finding the queen, what drew Fox's attention most readily was a staff embedded in the dirt some ways away, in a small crater among a field of flowers. At least, it looked like a staff of some kind. The mercenary hadn't seen such an archaic thing before; Cornerians fought with plasma weaponry primarily, with martial arts almost tertiary. Puzzled, he drew closer to it. The shaft appeared to be metal, with joints that telescoped inward to the center. A sapphire was embedded in the point that reached to the sky, two ridges symmetrically laid on either side of the gem's resting place. At a glance, it seemed to be some type of ceremonial piece, almost. Fox took a look around; the denizens of Sauria couldn't possibly hold something like this, right? They lacked thumbs, certainly lacked the ingenuity to manufacture this. He figured he'd take it with him… worst case, it might sell for at least a few meals. But as his fingers went around the shaft, a jolt traveled up his arms and through his core. His mind felt hollowed, as if some force was absorbing his thoughts. His head ached as he tried to let go of the staff, found that his fingers disobeyed what his mind wanted him to do. Then a wisp of azure gathered from the gem at the tip of the staff, meandered about his head. A figure slowly formed from the flame, though its details were wholly incoherent. He could guess they were female, confirm it as they spoke. The words themselves, however, were in a language he couldn't understand.--

It got worse. Remember the ass sushi from Captain Laserhawk? I may re-do this sketch, make it larger, but I did it and I partially regret it lol There was the debate of Kyu being the plate or the diner, but Blake does the IDGAF face best lol #furryartwork

I might need a new Rheumatologist; they sent my Refill for Humira not to the Specialty Pharmacy that's handled it for years but to CVS, which hasn't once done so and isn't in my Chart at the practice. HOW THE FUZZY DOES ONE FSCK THIS UP.
