What even constitutes good sound design nowadays? Why can’t I get away with just low passing my detuned saw and call it a day? All of the cool stuff is too big for my brain.
I think it's important to romanticise the things you're interested in, to cherish the process of making art, revere what excites you. Change your environment to fit the mood, share the moment with others who appreciate it

I finally found someone I’m willing to bother to help design my character. Someone hire me for things so I can pay these people.
In the future, I’d like to produce some DnB for someone else’s project whether it be a remix or an original of theirs. I should really finish up these projects so my portfolio isn’t just “Goodbye Shark Girl” remix + 50 million unreleased ideas. I look so incapable. 💀🤡😭
I need to (1) start a ton of new music and (2) finish or at least make some serious progress on the material I haven’t finished. Next year’s showcase is about to look real sorry if I don’t get it together.

I finally have an idea down. It’s short, I don’t have the right sounds, and I don’t know when I will, but I have the idea. It is there, I can listen to it, and it gets me very, very excited.
I love Post Malone's "I Fall Apart" so much, but there's something in the chorus that sounds like someone's knocking on my door and it gets me every time. I feel like I'm going crazy.
