It's almost new year in germany so I'd like to say something to everyone. Part of what I want to say is in the alt thingy on the pic and the rest will be posted as response to my post~ <3

2024 was a difficult year for many people to be fair my whole life was difficult, I have many issues with anxiety and a low self-esteem and many more things. BUT I have been starting to do things for myself, learn to think of my needs and how to love myself as well. I've been starting small challenges to myself to try and work on myself everyday. It's hard and think all of us carry our own package of doubt, worry, pain and so on. But I think the fact you still don't give up and try to fight and live another day shows how strong each an everyone of you are. Being proud of yourself for little accomplishments is hard but worth it because what seems easy for others could be the hardest thing in the world for another. So no matter who you are and what you're going through. Don't give up and take baby steps because each step forward no matter how small is still progress. Try to be a better version of yourself each day, be nice and kind because the world needs more Kindness, sympathy, empathy and good people trying to make the world a better place. Also tell your loved ones how much they mean to you. Enjoy every little happy or calm moment, start to treat yourself to something you like every now and then, spend time with friends and Don't lose hope in things getting better eventually as long as you're still willing to take steps forward. Again no matter how small progress is progress and piles up over time. Also as long as you have just ONE (hopefully more) person who supports you and truly cares for you then I'd say it's worth trying your best. No matter who you are and who needs to hear it, we're all people on this world, all precious in their own way. Everyone matters and deserves happiness. Stay strong, stay healthy, don't give up and know you matter. On that note, while not tagging anyone...I want to thank the people closest to me for always being at my side despite being difficult and having many issues. I wouldn't be able to keep going without them.
