shit keeps getting more annoying, I got a neck strain 2,5 months ago, hopefully it’s not a sprain but the doctor haven’t sent me for an MRI yet,,, I’m a bit worried bc it looks pretty bad and really limits my me at work/day to day life

a bit random but I once had a dear mutual who without any reason suddenly vent no contact with me, and then all my mutuals from that circle started avoiding me as well. I tried asking what was wrong but never got an answer. To this day it really saddens me because I have no idea what I even did🧍♂️
I’ve seen so many people saying they get better engagement here compared to twitter but my posts are tanking here, never got commissions either. Even my “hit” posts only reach like 150-300 likes here, despite having a bigger following. If you have any tips on what to do, let me know
ik it's not much compared to others, but I'm so gald for my progress! I've been struggling with ED/overeating/bulimia all my life and it feels so nice to finally have a better relationship with my body and with eating in general
