The ICE officer who killed a man in Maine sued in late 2023 over a head injury that left him "significantly impaired" cognitively, & couldn't finish firefighter training. Two years later ICE hands him a gun and badge? Who vetted this? Sharp judgment is life-or-death in that job. Explain THAT to me.
