After passing the Hillsborough Law, the Government have now announced a consultation on curtailing the work of the Undercover Policing Inquiry. This would be yet another miscarriage of justice. The spy cops scandal must be investigated in full.

The Undercover Policing Inquiry was established in 2015. It was originally expected to conclude within 3 years, yet the Metropolitan Police has done everything it can to drag it out for over ten years. Now the government is seeking political cover to shut it down www.gov.uk/government/c... #spycops

Absurd decision by the Court of Appeal to uphold the ban on direct action via the proscription of Palestine Action as "terrorism". The idea that support for a protest group is now punishable by up to 14 years in prison make a mockery of our democratic rights. A dark day for British democracy.
