The Bernese mountain dog from the previous image appears to have transformed into an enormously obese Typhlosion who is in a dazed, almost "food coma"-like state, presumably from being stuffed with an obscene amount of Poffins and rare candies. The Dragonite looks quite pleased with himself, saying, "You did it! You evolved! I knew those candies would work a treat! If your appetite is like mine, you're still hungry! So...who's up for some Lumiose Galette??"

An enormously obese anthropormophic Dragonite hugs a chubby anthropomorphic Bernese mountain dog into his belly while stuffing Poffins into the dog's mouth. The two of them have similar colors, and the Dragonite is saying to the dog, "You're me?? But you're so skinny! Do they not have poffins in your world?? Here, take mine! You need to be at least twice- no, three times as big as me!"
