If there is no justice for their crimes against democracy and the people, there is no deterrent, and no dignity for the United States. They must be resoundingly investigated, impeached, and punished according to the law. No justice: no democracy.
Christopher Armitage@carmitage.bsky.social · 6d agoWe MUST normalize the conversation around arresting Trump, the GOP, and Oligarch media outlets for treason and sedition. Bring that conversation everywhere you can because that's the rational and appropriate response for all the insanity of the last decade. We need it.
We need new rules once we regain the House and Senate. And we need to rebuild from the foundation up. There is rot at the core of it all, and we will never have a true democracy until we clean that out and safeguard against it for the future.
